What is the best way to study for your exams? Is pulling an all-nighter before your exam a good strategy to show up prepared? Well, studies show that it is an ineffective study method. Not only it stresses you out, but also leads to no retention of the concepts. You enter the exam halls hoping you don’t forget and will be able to apply the concepts in numerical questions. That’s why we decided to turn to peer-reviewed research and give you science-backed knowledge to improve your learning. We hope that this helps you make smarter decisions, avoid ineffective study methods and truly learn instead of merely memorising concepts.
